We invest in profitable small and mid-sized companies with strong differentiation (significant market share, strong brand or value proposition, exceptional know-how), positioned in promising markets supported by major long-term trends, but currently facing challenges that have impaired their growth and competitiveness.

We demonstrate creativity throughout the transaction process, capitalize on our proven methodologies, and engage deeply on the operational level to achieve competitive performance and maximize value creation.

We have a partnership approach, sharing a common strategy with the management team that we strive to support every day.

Targeted situations

Investments of €5m to €20m in equity and/or quasi-equity in one of the following situations:

  • Underexploited assets

    Underperforming companies with clear potential for operational improvement and in need of strengthening their management team

  • Lack of shareholder support

    Companies where stakeholders are misaligned or with poorly engaged shareholders

  • High debt

    Unsustainable balance sheets requiring new capital and/or debt restructuring

  • Transition of family-owned businesses

    Primary transactions or companies without identified succession, with clearly identified transformation levers

  • Spin-offs/carve-outs and complex sales

    Acquisitions of non-strategic subsidiaries from large groups or challenging sale processes

Profile of target companies and intervention method

  • Small and mid-sized companies (revenues between €10m and €150m)

  • Positive or break-even EBITDA

  • Operating primarily in France, or in Europe

  • Majority or minority stakes with a strong level of control

  • Very limited leverage

  • Significant transformation potential, with clearly identified levers for operational improvement and growth

  • A need for active support to address these operational and development challenges
